1. Regular Daily Maintenance
Our operators will undergo as part of their daily checks, visual inspections and cleaning, which is a major factor in avoiding unnecessary shut-downs.
2. Planned Preventive Maintenance
There are several items within each plant that require cleaning or changing at regular timed intervals. These can vary from cleaning the boiler tubes to replacing oil.
Most of these tasks are undertaken by our maintenance team, who are regularly travelling between sites undertaking planned maintenance. This type of maintenance is vital to the longevity of each plant.
3. The Unplanned Maintenance
In the event of an unplanned shut-down, our maintenance team, will attend site promptly, ready to investigate and report back any problems. 90% of the time the maintenance team will undertake any repairs themselves.
